hCG Diet Protocol: Sample Daily Schedule

Weigh Yourself: Wake up, urinate, weigh yourself and track it on your tracking sheet. This is EXTREMELY important to your success!  Weigh and track everyday!  You should measure as frequently as you like and track this as well, and we recommend at least weekly.  We all need to be reminded its Pounds and INCHES!   Below is a sample of the Simeon’s daily diet plan.

hCG drops: Take 10-20 drops of hCG under your tongue and leave it there for 2 minutes and then swallow the residue.  Do not drink or eat anything 20 minutes before you take the hCG or 20 minutes after taking the hCG.

Breakfast:
Coffee/Tea/Water. 2 tablespoons of milk per day. Use Stevia for sweetener. If you need to eat, you can have one of your fruit choices. Only 2 fruit servings are to be eaten in a day.

Lunch:
100 grams (weigh raw) of lean chicken breast, white fish, shrimp, lobster, beef
One vegetable – spinach, asparagus, cabbage, etc.
One piece of fruit (Organic apple, 1/2 grapefruit, handful of strawberries)
1 Grissini or Melba Toast

Snack:
One piece of fruit (Organic apple, 1/2 grapefruit, handful of strawberries)

Dinner: same as lunch but always vary your choice of protein.

Drink plenty of water and teas throughout the day. You are allowed 1/2 a lemon a day and seasonings of choice. Be sure to read our post on seasonings and teas on the hCG protocol.

  1. I have been doing the drops for the past 26 days. My loss has not been as dramatic as some, but I was only looking to drop 15 to 20 lbs anyway. I’m planning of doing this for 14 more days. At this point I have lost 12 lbs. Not exactly burning it up, but I am 58 years old and activity level isn’t what it once was.

    My question is this, is alright to drink iced green tea or does it always have to be room temperature. I read on another site that someone said you couldn’t drink iced tea or iced water that it messes with you metabolism. I’ve never heard this, in fact I’ve heard just the opposite.

    I was thrilled to get the recipe for the chocolate delight, since I was about to eat a bag of chocolate chips out of a desire for “anything chocolate”!

  3. hey Glenda, are you drink a lot of water? i drink 3 litters a day, i weight a lot during the day but after using the restroom alot through out the day i weight myself at night and lose a pound. it works trust me!

    • you can spread then out and eat them as snacks which is actually preferred! :) I would however eat your veggies with your protein.. Best times to eat
      depend on your schedule. I always ate lunch between 12-1 and dinner between
      5-6. You want not eat up to 3 hours before bedtime. You can have tea in
      the evenings etc.

    • you make up the rest of your 500 cal in veggies so you need to plan your two meats and fruits/ grissini cal and then divide the banked calories in your veggies servings.. it varies depending on your meat choices and their calorie counts. There is a calorie counter on the downloads page with a list of calories for protocol foods

    i am starting this and i am a very active person (military) and need to know if there is allowed extra proteins or veggies if still hungry during the day from burned calories?
