Mix all together and drink 1 8 oz glass before meals. Store in refrigerator.
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and weight loss health benefits have been a topic of conversation for decades. This is a completely natural way to shed pounds and is a tried and true home remedy that is used all over the globe. ACV stimulates the metabolism and cleansing of the internal organs. It is also very powerful in helping release stored fat cells. ACV is a completely natural product, resulting from the fermentation of apple juice to hard apple cider followed by a second fermentation to apple cider vinegar. However, make sure you use Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Many commercial products have been pasteurized, filtered, refined or distilled in order to make the product more appealing to the general public. These extra processing steps destroy many of the vitamins, nutrients and fermentation products that are thought to be important elements in apple cider vinegar’s health benefits and weight loss properties. Mix one tablespoon of ACV diluted in water before each meal. Some don’t like the taste, so you can mix with Stevia or a little lemon juice. Use ACV as your liquid while cooking or sprinkle over your vegetables and salads.

I am starting p 1 I think I can have this correct ?
Yes you can have this in any phase!
Enjoy!
I’m new to this, but how can it be ok to have apple juice? I might think it could take the place of having an apple, but I have always heard that apple juice is cooked sugar (and sometimes concentrated) and something to be avoided in any diet, much less the HCG. Unless raw and fresh juice, I was told this is off limits. I appreciate any insight.
Thanks,
Angela
Angela apple cider vinegar is not apple juice. Vinegar is a product of fermentation. This is a process in which sugars in a food are broken down by bacteria and yeast. In the first stage of fermentation, the sugars are turned into alcohol. Then, if the alcohol ferments further, you get vinegar. The word comes from the French, meaning “sour wine.” While vinegar can be made from all sorts of things — like many fruits, vegetables, and grains — apple cider vinegar comes from pulverized apples. The main ingredient of apple cider vinegar, or any vinegar, is acetic acid. However, vinegars also have other acids, vitamins, mineral salts, and amino acids. Apple Cider Vinegar has no sugars and 1 calorie http://www.sparkpeople.com/calories-in.asp?food=apple+cider+vinegar
Thanks for the explanation.
I’ve wondered how that works, but what about the 64 oz of pure apple juice that’s in the recipe? Is that ok to have on the hcg diet?
I would like to know the answer to that also.
