This recipe was highly recommended from a friend. I have been eating this for 3 days and have lost 3 lbs. I am on p4 so I thought I would adjust the original to what worked for me and keep both recipes in the recipe blog. I am calling this the little magic potion and I really attribute that to the combination of the apple cider vinegar and cabbage combo. All our recipes are Dr. Simeons protocol friendly and adjusted to be p2-p4 compliant.
8 package stevia powder ( more or less depends on your taste)
1/2 C. Apple cider vinegar ( more or less depends on your taste)
5 tsp (Balsalmic Vinegar)
any other spices you desire
I diced the cabbage and put in a big bowl. Mix all of the above together. Pour over raw cabbage. Toss the mixture around and then chill in the fridge.
Add a tart apple, strawberries or oranges. Toss lightly .
* note the vinegar will not mix well with the oil, shake if needed or stir before using.
I tested it before I used to to ensure the flavor was good for my liking.
